evaluation Q4 equipment
We used Mac pc due to the final cut pro and larger screens and speakers also this was helped by more access foe example more usb ports and fire-wire ports. we used a hand held camera to great effect by making our film more realistic and actually using the camera in a hand held position thus increasing the realism of our film, we did use a tripod on some shots for example the shot of all three of them walking this gave us a steady shot of the cast so the viewer would know who they were and where they were establishing the setting.
evaluation Q4
I used photoshop for the main backing of my coursework for example my ancillary text like my poster and magazine posters, this gave me easy access to editing software that may professional company's use and this allowed my to mimic them more accurately and allowed me to produce a much better quality of work.

evaluation Q4 web 2.0
Web 2.0 relay helped in this project because it allow me to keep a organised portfolio of work on blogger and this also expands my opportunities due to web 2.0 intetextuallity allows me to use programs such as flickr, you tube and slide share to enrich my blogger overall look and design allowing for a much more interesting way of publishing course work. web 2.0 also open the flood gates to advertising company's by using such sites as Facebook and twitter along with google ads and yahoo, msn etc. using these techniques I am confident of using them again but it also allowed me to experiment on my course work that other wise I would not have been able to do
evaluation Q3
Audience feedback
This clip summarised our first draft after being shown to the class and our friends and family. Using this feed back we changed our trailer for example the 'negative tree' was taken out and the tree with the symbol stayed in due to many comments applauding that aspect of the trailer, this feed back helped us change things we would have missed giving it a fresh pair of eyes to see faults we may have missed.
Audience feedback is a vital part of making a film or a programme for example programmes use pilots on a multi targeted audience with differing genders ages and ethnic backgrounds and then they provide feedback on pilot and from this they decide to produce the programme, it is like this with films they may decide to make the whole film on the teaser trailer alone.

On my poster and magazine cover I constantly asked for feedback from classmates and teachers this allowed me to change my poster and magazine cover for the better for example the text on the poster was put on the side of the poster but this breaks conventions and it did not seem to suit the poster so I moved things around to enable me to put the text in a more traditional way along the bottom. On my magazine cover it was pointed out to me that my cover lines looked bare and my friend said to my to put a white noise behind and due to this being white it created a theme on my magazine cover.
evaluation Q2 magazine cover
Magazine cover
My magazine cover conforms with the conventions of the empires magazine lay out of sub picture with the main picture and contents listings on the front page. I chose empire because it is a long established movie magazine, also keeping with the theme of nigh vision green from the poster and film this allows the magazine to be instantly recognisable to our brand identity. The empire magazine logo is rarely tampered with but there are some examples such as Tron, Hellboy, hulk and Iron man, However nearly all of the photos are over the logo but due to find me breaking this convention it does not even have a person on in the picture this denote that the forest is a wide empty space with many wonders and mystery and that anything can happen in a forest, also this resembles our film quite well because with out a lot of actors there is a lot to watch and it also plays on the mind that anything may be hiding on that next path or behind that next tree.
the empire logo contrasts the green night vision making it stand out this is also good for advertising the magazine because it may catch your eye more in the shop and the cover line can hook and pull you in. The white drop shadow around the pictures allows your attention to be drawn to them and this is a good way of selling the magazine because it is highlighting the gimick of free posters.
The white FIND ME has been smudged to give it the bad t.v effect that the photo has this may connote that the film is hand held and this is also ratified due to the spiralling blur of the trees on the photo, this is compounded with solid evidence of white noise backing the cover lines denoting that it could be cause by interference in the form of aliens or it could connote that the equipment used is faulty or old and damaged.
